An exciting opportunity is available for a hands-on Operations Operative to join an innovative and growing drinks business.

The role will primarily focus on bottling and canning, with the opportunity to get involved across production, warehousing, equipment maintenance and the wider operations team.

The Role

• Operating and supporting bottling and canning lines

• Setting up, cleaning and sterilising equipment

• Following SOPs, health & safety and hygiene standards

• Supporting production and warehouse operations

• Cleaning and maintaining production equipment

• Assisting with stock management and basic maintenance

• Working to SALSA and BRC standards

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Practical, hands-on and mechanically minded

• Positive, reliable and willing to get stuck in

• A self-starter who enjoys solving problems

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible and happy to support wherever needed

• A great team player with a genuine desire to learn

Previous experience within production, manufacturing, food, drinks, FMCG or packaging would be useful, although the right practical and mechanically minded person will also be considered.

Forklift/Reach Truck certification is desirable but not essential.
